First-time cleans and one-off cleans take longer than regular maintenance cleans, please be aware that regular cleans on rare occasions may require a second visit to achieve optimum results, for one-off cleans we apply a detergent first followed by rinsing with De-Ionised water, rain does not significantly affect the quality of our work and windows are still clean after rain, we wash all sills and frames on every clean. These are Estimate Prices only and it’s impossible to accurately calculate how long it will take to achieve the high standards of results ourselves and our customers desire, factors affecting dirt removal can be contaminated seals, algae and bird mess.
